Classes are available in T'ai Chi Ch'uan and Chi Gong. This includes an introductory program that can generally be learned in 6 easy sessions. Additional forms may also be taught to dedicated students. Beginners are welcome.
Classes are held at Pilates West Bay, 5 Division St., Harbor Hill Complex, 2nd Floor, East Greenwich, RI Wednesday evenings at 7:30 pm.
